Now that you're under contract, we'll maintain constant communication with the buyer's agent, attorneys, and lender to ensure all crucial milestones and deadlines are met. We'll also diligently verify and monitor initial deposits and ensure the timely exchange of all necessary documents.

THAT “JUST SOLD” FEELING

We've reached the finish line! At your closing meeting, you'll meet with your attorney to wrap up all final details. All documents will be officially recorded, and we'll take care of handing over the keys, allowing you to raise a toast to a new chapter in your life!
