Jennifer Sexton and Wes Mock listed 1725 Beach Avenue at $19 million, the highest asking price in Atlantic Beach history; it sold in July 2025 for $15.5 million (with the neighboring guest suite at 1726 Beach Avenue), setting the city record and surpassing the prior Duval County record of $9.3 million.
